1. Scope of Services

Thrive with Alenoosh provides functional health and wellbeing coaching, educational resources, workshops, and wellness programs designed to support clients in improving overall health and day-to-day wellbeing.

Our services are educational and lifestyle-based in nature and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a licensed medical practitioner.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals aged 18 years and above. By engaging our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under UAE law.

3. Health Disclaimer

All coaching sessions, programs, and resources are provided for informational and wellness purposes only.

We do not diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure medical conditions.
Coaching is not a substitute for medical consultation, examination, or treatment.

Always consult your physician or other qualified health professional regarding any medical condition or before making significant health-related changes.

You agree that any actions taken based on our sessions or materials are voluntary and your sole responsibility.

4. Client Responsibilities

By participating in coaching services, you agree to:

Be honest and transparent about your health history, medications, and lifestyle.
Follow through with recommended goals and action plans to the best of your ability.
Understand that individual results vary depending on your personal commitment and circumstances.
Inform your healthcare provider of any lifestyle or dietary changes you plan to make.

5. Programs, Sessions and Group Coaching

Group sessions, workshops, or online programs are designed to provide education, accountability, and community support.

You agree to maintain respect, confidentiality, and professionalism in group environments.

Thrive with Alenoosh reserves the right to remove participants who disrupt sessions or violate boundaries, without refund.

6. Payments, Refunds and Rescheduling

Payment terms will be agreed upon before the program begins.

Refunds are not available for completed sessions or partially completed packages.

Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered used and charged in full, except in proven emergencies.

Emergency exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Packages are non-transferable.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential.

Information will only be disclosed with your explicit consent or when required by UAE law (for instance, where there is a legal or ethical duty to prevent harm to yourself or others).

8. Data Protection (UAE PDPL Compliance)

We comply with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

Your personal data is collected and used solely for the purpose of providing coaching services, maintaining communication, and improving client experience.

We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

You have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your data in accordance with UAE privacy regulations.

9. Digital Materials and Intellectual Property

All written materials, videos, presentations, guides, and digital resources provided by Thrive with Alenoosh are the intellectual property of the business.

The website content (text, design, branding, layout and images) is also protected.

You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reproduction, sharing, or distribution of materials without prior written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action under UAE copyright law.

10. Testimonials and Fair Use

Testimonials shared on our website, social media, or marketing materials reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

By providing a testimonial, you grant Thrive with Alenoosh permission to use your feedback (with or without your name) in promotional or educational materials, in line with fair use and respect for your privacy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive with Alenoosh, its owner(s), employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising from your use of the website, materials, or participation in coaching services or programs.

14. Force Majeure

We will not be held liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms when such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, technical failures, or internet disruptions.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The courts of the UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
