About Alenoosh
Alenoosh is a Functional Health Coach for women — specializing in hormonal health, gut health, metabolic wellness and musculoskeletal health. Trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London and a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), she brings a grounded, evidence-informed approach to supporting women with the daily habits and patterns that most influence how they feel.
Women often come to this work because something no longer feels the same — and they want support that is grounded, practical and personal.
She works with women who sense that something in their bodies, routines or emotions has shifted—whether it shows up as fatigue, overwhelm, irritability, disrupted sleep, cravings, changes in weight, muscle weakness or difficulty maintaining strength, emotional strain or the natural transitions women move through over the years. Her role is to provide clarity, structure and behaviour-based guidance that helps women feel steadier, clearer and more supported in their wellbeing.
Her approach focuses on understanding a woman’s unique patterns—her stressors, routines, emotional rhythms, lifestyle habits, hormonal shifts and physical resilience.
Through personalised and realistic lifestyle strategies, she supports women in regulating stress, supporting bone & muscle integrity, rebuilding energy, stabilising routines and feeling more aligned in their daily lives.
Her work always stays within the non-medical scope of wellbeing coaching—no diagnosing, prescribing or medical treatment. Just clear lifestyle support and structured routines that help women navigate hormonal and life transitions with more stability and confidence.
Unlike traditional appointments that leave long gaps between visits, her work provides consistent support, structure and accountability. Her guidance naturally complements clinical, wellness and aesthetic care by helping women apply changes more consistently and with confidence.
